Alaska is our first Shiloh Shepherd and immediately made us fall in love with the breed. She is so gentle, calm, and sweet. She loves children, dogs, and other small animals. She prefers to stay close to her people and frequently seeks out chin scratches and belly rubs. She is aloof with strangers who approach to pet her, but quickly warms up and displays no aggression.
Alaska is highly intelligent and trainable. She needs daily mental and/or physical stimulation to be her happiest self.

Temperament:
Alaska has displayed amazing temperament through socialization with kids, dogs, small animals and more.
She doesn't spook for loud noises and after briefly looking toward the noise, remains focused on her handler.
